THE ART OF FLOUR

Four generations, 100 years of history, the art of flour imprinted in the DNA. Molino Pasini is a leading company in the production of artisan flours characterised by a high and constant quality over time thanks to the use of fine grains. The raw material is carefully selected and analysed by a modern in-house laboratory, and the new milling plant guarantees the quality and consistency of the product over time.
Molino Pasini's customers include the most demanding artisan producers, wholesalers, retailers and food industry production units. The sectors to which specific product lines are dedicated are bakery, fresh pasta, pizza and confectionery.

 

NEW PERFORMANCES

Molino Pasini inaugurated a new milling plant designed by Buhler and automated by ASB. This new state-of-the-art plant has increased the mill's production capacity from 2,000 to 3,500 quintals per day, producing high quality and consistent flour over time. The novelty is the introduction of the prestigious giant plansifters SIRIUS, from Buhler, which guarantee maximum hygiene during sieving, avoiding mould and other phenomena that undermine the healthiness of the product, as well as new rolling mills for more constant grinding. The company produces specific product lines for bakery, fresh pasta, pizza and pastry, and can customise any type of flour in bulk to meet customer requirements. Upon completion of processing and laboratory controls, deliveries are also made by own means under controlled conditions and guaranteed in terms of hygiene. Alongside the production plant, a new fully automated warehouse has been built, capable of storing up to 4000 pallets.
