Molino Pasini guarantees control and compliance with hygiene conditions, thanks to the careful attention that we have always dedicated to this aspect and the application of a strict monitoring plan (HACCP). In particular every delivery can be despatched with a certificate of analysis, guaranteeing the perfect wholesomeness of our flours certified in the Molino Pasini test laboratory. As a culmination of a long-standing quality-oriented policy, Molino Pasini achieved UNI EN ISO 9001 certification in 1997, which has now been updated to comply with UNI EN ISO 22000:2005 standards. These standards include, among other things, strict control and adherence to hygienic conditions in accordance with the rigorous rules set by HACCP. Additionally, the company is certified by the Consorzio di Controllo dei Prodotti Biologici di Bologna for the production of flours made from organically farmed grains. Molino Pasini provides its customers with the highest level of food safety, now also certified thanks to the achievement of international BRC and IFS certifications with the highest possible score. It also holds widely recognized Halal and Kosher certifications. Most recently, the company has initiated a supply chain project that, starting with selected grains from our region of Lombardy, certifies the production of local flours according to the UNI EN ISO 2005:2008 standard.
